Things are exciting right now at Luther Seminary. Part of that excitement may come from the fact that the weather has finally broken. After a long, extremely cold winter—even by Minnesota standards—the sun is out and the birds are singing.
The spring semester at Luther Seminary is always full of much excitement. Graduating students eagerly prepare for interviews and their first call. Many anticipate where they will serve their year-long internship, while others complete their degrees even as they continue to discern how God is calling them to serve in the world and church.
The Rev. Kendra Mohn, '05, is the 2014 alum-in-residence at Luther Seminary. In March, she visited campus for a week to engage with students and faculty in various areas of seminary life. Mohn spoke of what it can be like for alumni who do not have a continued connection like the one she experienced.

This year's event is centered on the theme, "Preserving Our Stories," and will feature Philip J. Formo as the keynote speaker. Philip is the author of "Papa, A Life Remembered," a memoir about his grandfather.
