Michael Binder is a professor, church leadership consultant, and small business owner. He serves on the faculty of Luther Seminary teaching ministry leadership, innovation, evangelism and church planting. He helped start Mill City Church in 2008 and pastored there for 12 years. He and his currently wife lead a five-generation family HVAC business. They live in Saint Paul with their three children.
Michael is the co-author of Leading Faithful Innovation: Following God into a Hopeful Future. The book is focused on providing a theological framework and practical steps for joining the work God is already doing.
