Karleigh Crepin ’24 is an M.Div. student at Luther Seminary and received their calling in tenth grade. They always wanted to pursue seminary but did not have the financial means after graduating from college. The Jubilee scholarship made it possible to explore their calling and how they experience God in the world. Karleigh feels called to diaconal ministry by wanting to be a teacher of others, by showing others what it means to be rooted in community, by listening actively to what a community needs, and how to respond to it by being a part of the identity of people the church serves. Karleigh is appreciative of the Jubilee scholarship.
They say “please continue donating. I would not have found my calling. It makes someone’s dream a reality and brings about change.”
