Ryan Panzer ‘19 M.A. is learning how to take his passion for technology and theology to help Christian communities develop and think through a hybrid ministry. Through this intersection, he has taught Faith+Lead classes, which is Luther Seminary’s learning hub for Christian leaders. In his classes, he met with church leaders and facilitated conversations around technology, theology, and the ethics of hybrid ministry.
He believes that digital is “both/and” and that virtual will never completely replace in-person gatherings, but it can be an easy entry point to involvement in the community.
Panzer says that Faith+Lead “is a community-centered place where Christian leaders can really explore what it means to do innovative and impactful ministry today.”
