Scholarships Ease Financial Worries
Financial aid in the form of a Presidential Scholarship and an ELCA Fund for Leaders in Mission Scholarship relieved the stress Rob felt about going into debt. The support also helped in another way. “It affirmed that I was gifted and making the right decision,” says Rob, who is completing a Master of Divinity degree.
First Graduates Complete New D.Min Programs
Both the CML and the Biblical Preaching programs continue to grow. Together, the programs have more than 80 students and have a broad ecumenical appeal. This spring, the first two cohorts graduated from the new Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) programs at Luther Seminary.

Luther and PLTS “TEEM” Up to Provide Innovative Theological Education
TEEM is designed to benefit churches serving various ethnic-specific ministries. By September 2007, the TEEM program at Luther and its counterpart at PLTS in Berkeley, Calif., will be one and the same. The TEEM-building merger will offer students the combination of PLTS’s more extensive program with Luther’s larger faculty.
