Autobiography:*Autobiographical sketch:born and raised in Chicago, graduated from Bethel College 1981 with a BA, Political Science and Communication double major, married to Bill Ostlund, 2 grown children who are married, we live in St. Anthony Park.
*reading - The Bible, casual reading of classic literature and Christian authors on theology, daily life and biographies. Right now I am reading a biography of Nelson Mandela's life.
*continuing education- through Young Life's "timeline training" which provides ongoing theological and practical ministry training for senior staff.
*community involvement- occasionally volunteer at the nursing home where my mother-in-law lives
*interests and hobbies- tennis, figure skating, biking, snowskiing, gardening
