Devotion
The last part of Psalm 104 proclaims the glory of God’s creation. The sea is mentioned specifically, along with innumerable creeping things and living things both great and small.
My wife and I live next to a wetlands area. It is home to geese, ducks, an occasional heron, two deer, fox, muskrats, field mice, and who knows what other forms of life … although I have not spotted any Leviathan yet!
There are times when God seems so close. That awareness comes with regularity when I walk around the wetlands path.
Prayer
Bless the Lord, O my soul. Praise the Lord! Amen.
